השימוש באתר «תהלים ביחד» חינמי ופתוח לכל אחד. השימוש בו מהווה הסכמה לתנאים האלה.
השירות
- האתר מחלק את ספר תהלים בין משתתפים ומציג את הטקסט לקריאה. הוא ניתן כמו שהוא (AS IS), בלי התחייבות לזמינות רציפה או לשמירת הנתונים לנצח.
- אנחנו עושים מאמץ שהטקסט יהיה מדויק. אם מצאתם טעות, נשמח לשמוע.
- האחריות למה שנכתב בהקדשה היא של מי שכתב אותה. אסור לכתוב תוכן פוגעני, מזיק, מטעה או בלתי חוקי. אנחנו רשאים למחוק קריאה כזאת.
- אסור לנסות לשבש את השירות, למשל לתפוס פרקים בכמות או להציף את השרת בבקשות.
קדושת הטקסט
הטקסט כולל שמות קדושים. אם אתם מדפיסים ממנו, נהגו בדפים בכבוד הראוי.
זכויות ורישיונות
- הטקסט: נוסח בן אשר לפי «מקרא על פי המסורה» (MAM) בעריכת אבי קדיש, בעיבוד הממוחשב של בן דנקלה (MAM-parsed), ברישיון CC BY-SA 4.0. חלוקת השורות לפי כתר ארם צובה, מתוך «התיקון של עמיחי». נתוני הטקסט שבאתר מופצים באותו רישיון.
- גופנים: Taamey Frank CLM מפרויקט Culmus (GPL עם חריג גופנים). כתב בית יוסף, כל הזכויות שמורות לעמיחי. Rubik ו־Cormorant Garamond (SIL Open Font License).

The service
- The site divides the Book of Psalms among participants and displays the text for reading. It is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability or permanent data retention.
- We make every effort to keep the text accurate. If you find an error, please let us know.
- Whoever writes a dedication is responsible for it. Offensive, harmful, misleading or unlawful content is not allowed, and we may delete such readings.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, for example by mass-holding parts or flooding the server.
Sanctity of the text
The text contains Divine Names. If you print it, please treat the pages with appropriate respect.
